Supplies Needed
How to Make Heart Pencil Toppers
1. Coil the pipe cleaners around the pencil.
With 2 pipe cleaners, wind the ends around the top of the pencil twice.
2. Coil the opposite end around the pencil.
Pick up the free end and loop it around the pencil. Next, wind that end around the pencil twice.
At this point, your pencil topper should resemble the example below:
3. Shape the heart.
To finish, push down on the upper center to create the heart shape!
