Create this 3D menorah project for Hanukkah this year. Children can make this 3D menorah by itself or transform it into a pop-up card! They can even “light” one candle each evening of Hanukkah with this craft!

Steps to Create a Menorah Card
1. Begin by printing the complimentary card template.
The template is available at the end of this post.
2. Use the template to trace and cut the menorah from yellow cardstock and the candles from light blue cardstock.
3. Attach the candles to the menorah base with glue.
4. Cut the flames out of yellow cardstock.
Adhere each yellow flame to the top of a candle.
5. Create smaller orange cardstock sections for the centers of the flames and glue them onto the yellow flames.
You may sketch these sections first or cut out the shapes freehand. Children can also color them in with an orange marker. The inner section does not need to be exact or identical on every candle.
6. Draw candlestick holders on the menorah base using a black marker.
7. Fold a sheet of dark blue cardstock in half.
Follow the pop-up card template and cut the folded dark blue cardstock at the indicated locations.
8. Unfold the dark blue card, then crease it along the lines marked on the template.
9. Glue the menorah onto the pop-up section of the card.
10. Add “Happy Hanukkah” to the card, or write another greeting of your choice.
