The printable includes an entire page of calling cards as well. Trim them out and put them into a jar to draw, or simply select the pictures in any order.

To save your bingo cards for use year after year, consider laminating them.
If you are not laminating the cards and will print them in black and white, Do-A-Dot Markers work especially well for this activity.
Bingo Marker Choices
Candy Choices: Peppermints or other festive sweets, such as jelly beans in Christmas colors
Non-Candy Choices: Pom-poms, buttons, or small Christmas bells
Pencils or Markers: Children can mark off the spaces with a marker or dot marker
How to Prepare Christmas Bingo
Begin by printing the calling card and bingo cards (the free printable is linked below).
- Trim out the calling cards and put them into a bowl or jar to draw.
- Cut apart the bingo cards. Give one bingo card to each participant. When there are more than 10 players, divide the children into small groups so they can play together.
- Choose a candy or non-candy object to use as a marker. After an image is announced, the player covers that picture with a marker.
- As you announce each image – describe it aloud or display the picture.
- Play for a line (5 spaces in a row) or for a completed card. The first player to complete a line calls out “Bingo!”. If you have additional prizes, continue the game for extra lines. Since there are 30 calling cards, a full card could lead to several winners at once depending on the group size. For that reason, we suggest playing mainly for lines. Shuffle the cards and begin another round once several lines have been completed.
How Do I Play With a Larger Group?
The set contains 30 different cards. For more than 30 participants, divide everyone into smaller groups and have 2–3 players share a group. Another option is to distribute matching cards, allowing multiple people to win simultaneously.
Printing the Bingo Cards
Before printing, be sure to check the Print Preview. Because printers vary, select “Print to Fit to Size” or review the printer’s Scale Features (printing at 90% scale is an option) in your settings to prevent the edges from being cut off.
